As a Health + Wellness Coach, I form a collaborative partnership with you, helping you to achieve healthy, lasting behaviour change. As a health coach, I will help you to clarify your values and life purpose which serves as the foundation to making choices in your daily routines.
Clients are often seeking support with:
-a new diagnosis
-chronic conditions
-weight loss struggles
-unhealthy lifestyle habits
-unmanageable stress levels
-addictions (caffeine, tobacco, alcohol etc.)
-adjustments to life altering events (including becoming a new parent!)
As your health coach, I can help you to identify your internal strengths and external resources, recognize obstacles, and develop strategies to set and achieve your health and wellness goals.
I have a University degree in Nursing and Human Kinetics, and am also an ABM Neuromovement practitioner. As your health coach I apply my knowledge and experience in disease, health and wellness, movement, and mindfulness to support you on your journey to living a better balanced and healthier life.
